Ian and I visit our local Handel's Ice Cream parlor a lot. But it turns out that we don't know that much about the offerings because we aren't very adventurous ice cream eaters. While we were in line one evening, I suggested that we should try a little experiment--to try every flavor offered, in order, over the course of the summer.
For the sake of objectivity, we also decided that we needed to set up some ground rules. After all, we believe in the scientific method!
1.We both have to try the flavor at the same time and write up our individual feelings
2.We have to try them in order so that we don't jump around to our favorites first and get all biased
3. We will order every flavor the same way: small cake cone, no toppings.
4. We will answer the same questions ever time:
a. Would you order this again?
b. Would you recommend this to a friend?
c. Rate on a scale 1 to 10 where 1=Beyond Gross, 5=Delicious if you like this kind of thing, but I don't. 10=Awesome, I can't get enough.
So, for your educational needs, we will post our findings on this blog, in case anyone wants to follow along.
As Ian aptly pointed out--It is going to be pretty intense through the "Chocolate" section.
